  8. I. Overview
  9.  
  10. This program "QuickSync DA" is a Desk Accessory (DA) program, that start
  11. quickly the HotSync(r) process. QuickSync DA is degined for HotSync Cable
  12. and infrared HotSync, instead of a cradle.
  13.  
  14. II. System Requirements
  15.  
  16. To use this, you must have the launcher program that can launch a DA program,
  17. likes "DA Launcher", is required. Please refer to Yamada-san's web
  18. (http://www.tt.rim.or.jp/~tatsushi/) to know about "DA Launcher" and also
  19. refer to Yamakado-san's web(http://member.nifty.ne.jp/yamakado/da/) to know
  20. about the DA itself.

  22. III.  Installing QuickSync DA
  23.  
  24.    1. Copy the file QuickSyncDA.prc to your desktop computer. 
  25.    2. Install the software by using Palm's Install Tool program.
  26.    3. From your Palm computer, run HotSync(r). QuickSyncDA will transfer
  27.       from your desktop computer to your Palm computer.

  29. IV. Using QuickSync DA
  30.  
  31. *  To open the QuickSync DA:
  32.    Launch QuickSync DA by the launcher program to start the HotSync process.
  33.  
  34. *  To change serial via:
  35.    1.  Install IBM IR Synchronization or 3Com IrEnhanced.

  38.    2.  On the Palm III, select Applications.
  39.    3.  Select Prefs.
  40.    4.  Click on the category in the upper right, and select 
  41.        SyncPanel or Serial/IR.
